The million dollar sale of striker Neymar to Barcelona demonstrates the disparity between the economy, at a time of crisis in Europe, and football, with large amounts of the business.
"The transfer of Neymar to Spain proves that the economy has little to do with football," Rebelo said during the launch of the exhibition "Brazil: a country, a world," which will cover the 12 cities hosting World Cup , 2014.
